On Creative Market, each font weight has its own name like this.
Qualy Nova Bold・・・Qualy (2018)
Qualy Nova Medium・・・Roie (2021)
Qualy Nova Regular・・・Prelia (2019)
Qualy Nova Light・・・Not Released Yet

The font files are the same except for names, but license terms are different.
For example, Creative Market webfont license has pageviews limitation, but available for multiple domains.
Official webfont license has no pageviews limitation, but available for 1 domain.
Both licenses are perpetual licenses for now.
